This position coordinates and implements all activities at an assigned childcare site. The Site Coordinator I is responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe, well-supervised and enriching atmosphere for all youth participants. The Site Coordinator I ensures the program is well received by principal, faculty, YMCA program leaders, volunteers, program participants and their parents.
